"i was turned on to this band in the early '90's by an excellent musician i'd worked with in a few bands over the years.i was blown away by the soul,dance-a bility and cleverness of the lyrics. i believe that this album was made by music industry insiders who made an artist's album instead of a corporate product.if i were to have to choose six c.d.'s out of my four hundred plus collection,it would be;howlin wolf,muddy waters,j.j. cale,a collection of baroque favorites,billy hill, and possibly the john mayall\e.c. "beano album".give it a few plays till you "get it"."
