Improved sound but no change in content

"1002kbps or 845kbps? This 30th anniversary CD release of the original Rocky film's soundtrack has increased bitrates on all the tracks from remastering. The first number is the bitrate of "Gonna Fly Now" on this rerelease vs. the original CD release. It all sounds a bit better, making one of the best soundtrack albums of all time even better. But no extra tracks. Surely there must have been more of Conti's score that could have been added? Still, an essential part of anyone's collection of great music and definitely the best album of the entire Rocky series, before they abandoned Bill Conti and went off on that ridiculous pop/rap/rock tangent."

"I listened to this album constantly in high school back in the 70's to get myself psyched up for wrestling meets, etc. I decided to pick up a copy of this CD to see if it was still as good as I remembered it. I wasn't disappointed. It sounded great, much better than the old vinyl LP I used to listen to! If you were a "Rocky" fan like I was, grab yourself a copy of this. It'll bring back memories!"
