"This set contains both a CD and a DVD recording of a live BBVD show. It captures nine stellar musicians at the top of their craft. The sound quality is crystal clear. This is easily one of the best live recordings that I have ever heard.



I recently was fortunate enough to see BBVD at a local club. They blew through roof off the joint. Over 50's who hadn't gotten up out of their seats in years were dancin' and jumpin' by the end of the show. This set captures the magic of that night.



The DVD was filmed using two hand-held cameras and a camera on a crane for over-the-crowd shots. However, the spirit of the band shines through, lighting up with stage with their sheer exuberance.



There is also a short film done by a member of the group about how the group was formed. It gives an intimate portrait of the band's early years.



Buy this CD. Buy a copy for your friends, your mother and your dentist. I guarantee you won't me disappointed. If there is any justice in this world, this is the album that will break this band huge."

"I first discovered Big Bad Voodoo Daddy after their appearance in the Vince Vaughn movie "Swingers" and have never looked back. These guys are the real deal. If you like swing music these guys can just flat out bring it.



This is the same performance that appeared on DirecTV a few months back, with a few added tracks. BBVD always put out good records, but this show captured here on CD and DVD let you know there was no studio trickery involved in their sound on the studio albums.



Bottom line is you'll probably never see a finer live band, high energy, good music and great musicians. Don't wait, buy it!! It's a bargain price for a CD and a DVD!"

Headed by Scotty Morris the band performs 17 selections in a lightning quick seventy minutes and leaves the audience craving more.
