"Years ago I used the entire "Hooked On" Series for walking exericse with my Walkman. Then tapes went out of style and now I needed to add some new tunes to load onto my IPod Touch. So I ordered this disk to add something different to the many tunes I've been downloading off the Internet. It's still great - even after all these years. It's got a great beat and just makes you want to get out there and move those feet!"
