"I lucked onto this version at a used CD store for an absolute steal, since I'm sure the bonus disc will never be re-issued again, and while I agree that true Nick Cave fans won't be satisfied with anything less than a box set of tunes, this is an essential collection for the casual listener. If you're wondering whether or not it's worth shelling out the extra bucks for the live disc, fughettaboutit... the performance is spot on; it's not filler by any means."
The live CD makes it worth it.

"I already had "The Best of..." and it seemed rather meaningless in my collection as I had since acquired all of their albums, so I decided to trade it in and get this version with the bonus live CD. That was a great decision and I wish I'd done it sooner! I haven't heard "Live Seeds" yet, so I don't know how it compares to that, but this live performance is excellent -- very energetic in some parts (like "Red Right Hand") and amusing in others (like Blixa Bargeld singing the Kylie Minogue part on "Where The Wild Roses Grow"). The best-of CD itself is a decent collection of their work, but it hardly does them justice. Still, it made a good jumping point for me to buy their other albums."
