"I cant believe that I'm the first person to have reviewed this absoloute monster from a man who is probably, next to Clyde Stubblefield, the most sampled and influential skinsman of the last 30 years! From JB to Steely Dan, Roy Ayers to Miles Davis, this guy has really seen the ranks and scaled 'em!

His opener, a cover of JB's 'Cold Sweat,' is the best around. the bridge hits and a conga just flies in and takes the rhythm into other, sactified places. The rest is a funk masterclass. 'Butterfingers,' 'Shaft,' Felder's 'Way Back Home,' and the best cover of 'Them Changes' I've heard in a looong time. It's just infectiously fonky! If you like jumpin outta your chair and groovin,' check dis."
