Product Description(2-CD set) This latest edition is the final part of this popular series featuring The Benny Goodman Orchestra, which documents the complete series of AFRS radio programs broadcast during the latter part of the 1940s. Because there is an odd show we have decided to issue it on a second but shorter disc and include it with the disc of the previous two shows at no extra cost. These CDs together comprise Volume Twenty-One in the series. It include as guests, Victor Moore who was an actor of stage and screen who appeared in over fifty films and twenty one Broadway Shows. Amongst them were The Seven Year Itch, Gold Diggers Of 1937, and Louisiana Purchase with Bob Hope. Show forty nine has as guest artist, Clifton Webb, actor, dancer and singer. He had a prodigious career as a film actor and appeared in many films including Three Coins In The Fountain, Boy On A Dolphin and The Man Who Never Was. The guest in show fifty is Marjorie Main, the prolific character actress perhaps best known for her performance as Ma Kettle in The Ma And Pa Kettle series. As usual the shows are compered by popular comedian Victor Borge.
