I bought this one after somehow disappointed with Brendel's Tempest recording and thought Pollini might make it up for me. Indeed, Pollini's playing showed his passion, technique precision and control without over exagerated phrases or accents (which Brendel unfortunately has sometimes). Absolutely superb playing and a great CD!" Previously released Peter T.
