CD Reviews

Wilson is one of the best in this genre
Cruising through the ether | Arica / Chile | 08/13/2006
(5 out of 5 stars)

"It should surprise or maybe not, that there is no review posted by anyone for this album yet . Well, here is my offering : BC is an intelligent project of Steve Wilson ( P tree & No man ) . The collaborators on his BC records are very good. The music is subtle and is heavily influencesd by 70 s electronica from Europe ( the birthplace of more than half of the successfull s music performers )

Steve on BC embarks on his first outing, originally from 1996 . Theo Travis is a clarinet and sax player that adds the necessary sax and clarinet where its needed . All five tracks are above the average expectancy of a good track, in other words there are no duds . ' Shopping is short intro that goes right into Drugged which is a really good piece which appears ( its main riff ) in other Wilson projects ( like a flashback ? )

Personally for relaxing I choose Bach, Mozart, Haydn . A good soft music station ( Chile has an excellent one called El conquistador ), or something like this CD .

I think many of us after a hard days, or week of work look forward to good relaxing moments, and well .. there are many recordings for that .

Give this CD a shot . I gurantee that you ll enjoy it intensely . It s that good ..
