Enrique Arturo Diemecke has been Music Director and Principal Conductor of both the National Symphony Orchestra of Mexico and the Flint Symphony Orchestra since 1990. He is also Principal Guest Conductor of the Auckland Philharmonia in New Zealand. In addition to these commitments, Diemecke has been a frequent guest of many of the leading orchestras around the world including the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Los Angeles Philharmonic, American Symphony, National Symphony of Washington DC, and Minnesota Orchestra, among many others. He is regularly invited to appear at many of the most prestigious festivals including the Lincoln Center Summer Festival, Ravinia, Wolf Trap, and Hollywood Bowl.
