"I will admit that this is my first Baby Mammoth CD (I know, I know -- they have been around for some time now) but I can assure you that it will not be my last!
"Swimming" features a delightful mix of nu-jazz and downtempo tracks. In fact, I liked it so much that when I first picked it up, I listened to it four times in a row -- and I'm pretty particular about my music! Yep, it's that good!
Fans of Fila Brazillia (also on Pork records), Kruder and Dorfmeister (Tosca/Peace Orchestra), Bent and the likes will most certainly appreciate this.
Highly reccomended!"

"Raise the bar. Baby Mammoth continues to set the stage for acid jazz, lo-tempo, minimal, and any other genre setting class form. Not quite sure if these guys will ever fall into the american club scene. However as a proponent of all trip style sounds, Mammoth leads the way."

"What can I say? Well it's one of the best albums in my personal collection. The best way to communicate with your inner self. Chillier and smoother than ever... No special comment. Just Get it and you won't regret!!!"
