"the b-52's, as far as i can remember, was the original funk rock and new wave band in the early 80's. hit after hit, and even thos enot commercially released, were great tracks: rock lobster, planet claire, party out of bounds, private idaho, song for a future generation, give me back my man, strobe light, etc.

this was an early compilation. love shack, summer of love and roam were not yet existing during that time. however, this compilation maybe the definite one as it includes all the full versions (long album mixes) of rock lobster, private idaho, planet claire.
