See it was like this . . .

". . . when I was a college student at Cornell in the early 'seventies, these two remarkable artists had just introduced their first album, "Aztec Two Step." Twenty-five years later I found this album - their retrospective - and ordered it. Yes, much of it was the same music from their first album, but at the same time very different. A new riff here, a twist of a harmony there, but still the same magnificent music. These gentlemen are complete performers: Not only have they mastered their insturments (acoustic guitar), they also are extraordinary lyricists and singers. From the happy "Bakin'" to the mournful ballad "It's Killing Me" to the wry "Faster Gun" and "Dean Moriarty," Aztec Two Step demonstrates profound expressiveness and feeling, not to mention absolute command of their instruments. Listen."

"I just finished listening to See It Was Like This, and it sent me back to my college days when they came and poured their souls out in concert. I bought their cassette and played it over and over. However this version is just different enough to make me want the original version. If anyone knows how to find it I would appreciate hearing from you."
