Darkness meets Angel meets Gentle Giant

"Upon listening to this, I now know who the lead singer of the Darkness was primarily influenced by (except he does not have the range or differention of this singer).
Instrumentally, if you like the progressive pomp of Angel and the intristicness of Gentle Giant, you will like this Cd.
Only giving it 4 stars because 2 of the middle songs are a bit lackluster
By the way, why does Amazon include a 'NO' in 'was this review helpful to you?'. People are only human and don't like opinions that differ from themselves, thus the 'NO' makes it too easy express such displeasure.
Are they trying to discourage negative reviews, hence not purchase the CD. Such reviews only help a person in not being dissatisfied a product that received positive reviews

Soaring!

"I couldn't beleive it when this album was issued on cd! I had worn out my vinyl copy and was hoping it would be released on cd someday. With it's Queen, Yes and Gentle Giant influences (to name a few), this has to be one of the most underrated albums of its time. Great songs such as Feel The Heart, Puddles, and the excellent Soaring make it a classic. Loved it then, still love it today. Only one gripe that I have and that is, the cd reissue is not the original cover!"

"It was just a couple of times that a video, grabbed a tune deep in my mind. There were times that I thought it was just my imagimation because I never find this record.20 years later all I can say is that it is a fine record, crafted music, elaborated sounds, a record to listen carefully
and enjoy doing so.It was worth the quest."
