Synopsis

Product Description
Automatic 7 has always been a band that has invoked meaning and musical truth within the constructs of their timeless and authentic brand of rock 'n' roll music. After a long absence, they here release their first record in seven years. The Los Angeles, California based trio, comprised of John Hulett on vocals & guitar, Nic Nifoussi on bass and Ray Mehlbaum on drums, enjoyed a lot of attention in the late 1990s. Their first CD on BYO Records (1995), along with relentless touring around the country led them to a huge record deal with A&M Records. AUTOMATIC 7 continued to tour, playing with the likes of Bad Religion, Social Distortion, Face to Face, Bouncing Souls and Unwritten Law, which served to not only cement their tremendous fan base, but garnered the respect of all of their fellow musicians.

Automatic 7 is Back and Better Than Ever!!!

(5 out of 5 stars)

"Finally another spectacular release from Automatic 7. After 7 years away from the scene it's fantastic to see =this amazing L.A. trio return with this incredibly powerful release. I loved their last album, Beggars Life on Vagrant, but this new album from Mental Records is incredible. Take a listen to 40 Blocks, All the Happiness You Can Buy (check out the video on YouTube), and their amazing cover of Bruce Sprinsteen's Atlantic City. Crank this album up loud and blow your speakers up, big time!"
