Smart, Worthwhile Power Pop

"In the current desert that is rock, Arson Welles, Inside the System' feels like a drenching rain. Smart, radio worthy, power pop leaps from every track. These guys feel young and sound like they've just taken the rough edges off a newly discovered talent. The tack, Wash My Hands pulses with a great layering of synths and guitars while the slower, Drunk Again shines with a cool use of reverb running throughout the song. Good Morning City finishes off the CD. It leads towards the bombastic but grounds itself in a raw guitar hook that pulls both the listener and the music back to earth. I just wish these guys would tour the southeast."
