"Solo album by Night Ranger guitarist. Features Kansas lead singer Steve Walsh on 4 tracks. Nice blend of pieces of Night Ranger and Kansas. Includes some rockers as well as ballads. If you enjoyed either of the previously mentioned bands this is worth a listen."
Outstanding blend of rock and rock balleds

"I picked this one up as a Kansas Fan -- caused me to pull out my old Night Ranger LPs. Jeff is a dynamic guitarist (and not a bad vocalist) and his teaming with Kansas' Steve Walsh is a treat! Steve Walsh gives us his best on tracks like Around the Sun and Anna Waits -- then displays his 'Streets' rockin' style on Life Goes On and Tight Rope -- Jeff's guitar speaks to my soul! A great collector's item for Kansas (and Night Ranger) fans. GIVE US MORE, JEFF (and Steve)!!!!"
So so

"this is NOT a guitarist's record. it's got a lot of acoustic oriented tunes, plus jeff sings on a couple of them. let's put it this way, eddie van halen sang on a track on the last VH record, and if you've heard that, you understand why guitarists get vocalists!!seriously, i am a big jeff fan, he is a great player, and a good writer...i just don't recommend this if you're looking for some guitar fire, there's barely a spark on this."
