"Any Anubis Spire music is welcome in this time of soulless drivel but these early out takes and live recordings are really a pleasant surprise. The songs here are some of the best Bill and the band have released. I'm surprised that "Drama, Trauma and Awkward Grace" wasn't included on the debut cd and "Blues for Akhenaton" makes me wish they'd release a live cd one of these days. The best thing to me is that we finally get to hear guitarist Bill Mackechnie playing tribute to his hero, Jimi Hendrix, in "Delta to delta" and "Love from nothing at All". Just awesome! No Anubis Spire fan should be without this cd!"
