"Now if you ask me, and a lot of folks interested in disappearing musical geniuses do now and again, this here Andy Pratt fellow is a musical genius what disappeared on us. See, this feller made a big splash with the critics back in 1976 when his Resolutions album come out and never really caught on with the general record-buying public and never had a hit to speak of, so he kind vanish from the face of the musical scene. Shame, really. He was (and is) toe-tappin' good.



This here album ain't as well known as Resolutions, but it is just as meaty with stuff you will want to put on your musical plate assuming you are ready for something a little more substantial than what the radio has to offer these days. I ain't personally made the purchase of this here CD yet, but my friend and hunting partner Clyde "Blackie" Boyle got this one in his truck CD player right now and I heard it when we went out the other side of Stillwell a day or two ago and I was amazed. I am fixin to get on Amazon (dot com if you will) and get me a copy just as soon as my next paycheck clears. I had me some trouble with bouncing checks in the past few months, not mine, my employer's... so I got to wait and see to it that the next one is good and I got money in the bank before I commit to the purchase... but the folk what run Amazon (dot com if you will) best get ready because they fixin' to sell another copy.



From what I done heard in Blackie's truck, this one is latter material that is just as significant as his mid 70s music and I have to admit that it comes across (at least through the cheap Korean speakers in Blackie's truck, as sounding even better. I'm going to go ahead on and make the purchase... so I guess that is my vote of confidence."
