It brings up my latin blood to a place of softness, sensuality and femininity.....love the lyrics and one of my favorites is AMIGAS.. I am south of the border when I listen to this one and my whole body chemistry changes by listening to the voices and deep, rich instruments. Beautiful, deep, smooth, suave!"

"Sorry, cause my english is not very good.Well, when this album came in 1997 was very important. Ana Belén was my favourite artist (still is) but she hadn't an studio album since 1993, when I did not listen her. So, this was this was her first studio album being I a "fan" (this word is horrible). When I knew that she would stay nude in the cover I was frightened but then I saw how beautiful and great looks ana in this wonderful cover. The collection of songs and duets are so fine that I believe that with lorquiana (other masterpiece), this is her very best album. The bolero No sé por qué te quiero was at this time my favourite song.....is so beautiful, with her beautiful vocals....tan sentida....Now my favourite song of the album is the last, quemarse los pies....what a masterpiece. The album was in my country number one 7 weeks and was the 8 album best selling of 1997. Please Ana, other album."

"no muy conocida, aquí en los eeuu, la gente de su patria, españa, le considera la ana belen un tesoro nacional. con una carera tan distinguida y larga como la de barbara streisand, ana belen prueba qua la mujer siempre se mejora con crecer mas madura. canciones como "amigas"--que investiga la importancia y el significado profundo de la relacion entre las amigas--y "amanecí en tus brasos"--que, con la ayuda de chavela vargas, describe el dolor de un amor casi perdido--exhiben emociones con los cuales no estan familiar artistas más jovenas. con cada albúm más, belen encuentra canciones que expresa los matices varios de su alma. además, sus cantos capturan el alma de la experiencia española moderna. el bolero "no sé porqué te quiero"--cantado con otro de los héroes nacionales de españa, antonio banderas--se trata de la pasión, mientras que la "luna de plata" se trata del misterio. "gente sola", como "some people's lives", por bette midler, se trata de la gente que, a capaz de vivir en una ciudad con millones de personas, siguen solas. todas estas canciones sirven para describir algún aspecto de la vida española."
