Innovative, soothing, provocative and very original!

"After listening to Al Conti's debut CD - "Shadows," there was only one thing I could do - I listened again, all over again. His very soothing mixture of melodies and rhythms transport you to a very special place and you never want to leave. Al Conti's music truly conveys his passion for life and his emotion will touch your heart and inspire your dreams. The title track - "Shadows" and "Roland's Heart" are poignant, soothing and so very moving. "Asleep in your Arms" truly shows Al Conti's versatility, with its classical nature and sophisticated style. "Oblivion" and Cassiopeia" are very rhythmic and as your blood starts flowing, you notice your body has begun to move. "Planets in Motion" and "Hephaestion" are melodies that flow beyond beief and since they are so provocative, you can only start dreaming or they make your mind begin to think and wonder. And since I can not forget "Whispers" and "The Touch," I must give them a mention. They are reminiscent and perfect for a fireside or simply suggest a long walk on the beach, as the moon casts and sheds its light on the water and the sand. Al Conti is a new artist who has truly arrived, so I can say -"Lucky for us." If you want to be transported and go on a very exciting musical journey, as you experience something fresh and original, I would give this album a listen ASAP!! It is a must for any music lover's collection."
