"Although the title of this CD leads you to believe that Agustín Lara sings and plays all the songs in this release it is not so. Yet, the artists featured could not be better, they were the artists for which these songs were written, molded to their voices and styles. Couple this with an execptional remastering and you end up with a CD that is worth serious consideration. One of the finest collection of songs by the original artists I have in my collection."
