"When I first got this cd, I figured it would be like other Ace Troubleshooter albums. I'm not sure whether it has to do with the lineup switching or what, but this album isn't as much punk as their older albums. You can still see the influences in many of the songs, and some songs are a lot more like the older ones ("Ball and Chain"). There are some things that we've never seen before from Ace ("Seaside"). Then there are a lot more rock songs ("Tempest", "Anything"). As usual, John makes you think about the lyrics a lot, and as usual, the lyrics are amazing. "My Defense" and "Hoping" are clearly Christ-focused. All in all, I don't think this cd will upset any Ace Troubleshooter fans."
