"Ace of Base was the first real band that I became madly enamored with at age 9 and I still love them today. I bought the cassette version of this way back in 1993 along with "The sign" and wore both tapes out. If for some reason you are not familiar with "All that she wants", this is happy, upbeat, 'play it loud and sing along' pop music. I loved this back then, I love it now and at the dirt-cheap prices this Cd is going for used, I had more than enough incentive to get myself the cd version. On a more critical standpoint, this cd gets only 4 stars for the fact that The Banghra version is the only version on the cd that really tries to sound different from the original, even though it's still pretty similar to all the other versions. The extended and 12" versions are pretty much the same as the single version except for longer instrumentals and different breaks in the chorus. It's a shame that the singles released from "The sign", by far their best and most popular, failed to give us any true remixes or B-sides. Especially when the singles of "Beautiful Life", and lesser knowns;" I'm Never gonna say I'm sorry" and "Lucky Love" feature many highly innovative and addictive remixes and I recommend any of those to novice Ace of Base fans. Remixes would have made this single even better but because the song itself is so great, it never occurred to me much to care, and I still don't. It's been 11 years now and "All that she wants" still hasn't gotten old or boring."
