"I was very disappointed to hear volume drop-outs in the left channel of the first track, "For A Few Dollars More". The 2nd, 3rd and 4th tracks are fine, no drop-outs. The 5th track has the drop-outs. This is a compilation CD. The 1st and 5th tracks come from the same lp called, "El Hombre". It appears that the tape from the original El Hombre lp used for this CD is damaged."
Brings back many a fond memory

"It appears 'stereo fan' got stuck with a faulty CD.....I didn't experience the drop-outs he/she mentioned.
My mom (God rest her soul) used to love Tommy Garret and his 50 Guitars. Along with the Ventures and other instrumental artists. I remember many a time hearing music like this on our old Zenith console stereo.
A lot of memorable tunes...nearly all of them from motion pictures like "The Alamo" and "A Fistful of Dollars" are here. If you like good acoustic guitar music with a Mexican/Southwestern flair, you'll like this!"
