Each time I hear it, I am nearly in tears because it tells a person that 'in one moment in time you can change the world'. The fact that the song was put on an Olympic Games album is also very nice. The games are all about making dreams come true. This song as well the others songs on the album tells you to think about when your dreams come true not if they will!"
