"If you are anything of a Mozart fan, you need this set. Superb performances of these masterpieces. The requiem offered may not be the best, but its better than many others I've heard. Still the first 9 cds are all masses, and what hidden gems they are.

This 11 cd set is worth the price for just the 1st mass offered K66/cd1. UNREAL in beauty and performance is stellar..Have not heard the organ works/last 2 cds as yet.

This set will show yet once again how Mozart was set off from all other composers as unique, and as the true heir to Bach's creative spirit.





OK I edited this review sinse too many found my faliure to appreciate Beethoven a bit un-necssary to the review of this set. and felt "slighted". My apologies to B's fans.
