I'm not a big Jewel fan, but this album stayed in my collection. I enjoyed most of the songs on this album. I think it's one of her best!

Wow. Is all I can say. It took me a few times of listening to this CD until I got hooked. I started really listening to the words. They are hypnotic and beautiful and relate to all of us.
I know you'll love this one by Jewel. I live in her home state, and she haunts Alaska as her voice haunts the world. We love ya, Jewel. -L. Schlumpf "Alaska In My Dreams Film Studios" (Amazon.com)

Jewel sings about life and love, its poetry put into song. Very soothing and nice to listen to.

"This is a full album of perfection by the very most Talented singer around today. Nobody can do what she does, nobody. What other artist today can stand alone on stage with her guitar and magical voices and keep a crowd enthralled for hours? Do not hesitate, buy this album then drift into Jewel's wonderful world."

"This is a pretty run of the mill album by famous rock star Jewel. Not quite as good as her genre defining This Way or Pieces of You which broke her to the mainstream, but certainly better than Lullaby. Hands of course was the big hit and also appears on Joy. The rest of the album is pretty satisfying easy listening folk type music. One of the best especially modern women in musiic, up there but not as provacative as Madonna. Overall, I was satisfied with my purchase."
