CD Reviews

I loved Heart
Arthur A. Mueller Jr. | St. Louis, MO | 08/18/2008
(5 out of 5 stars)

"Heart was one of my favorite groups from the past. The sisters always amazed me with their vocal and guitar solos."
Excellent collection

"I bought this as a gift, and while listening to it with them, realized how many great songs there are on this album. If you dig Heart, this is an essential addition to your collection."
MISSING SOME KEY ELEMENTS
C. Nevin | PLGHHT! | 04/17/2009
(4 out of 5 stars)

"I am not a big fan of Heart's 80's or 90's stuff. Bebe LeStrange was okay though not as great as their first 4 albums. My complaint is this- When is Heart going to do a 70's greatest hits album? That's when they were the best. It was more organic and rockin'. A semi-Zeppelinish rock sound with a gourgeous voice to boot.

This compilation is missing 3 songs from that era; "Magazine", "Mistral Wind", and "Devil Delight"...."Dog and a Butterfly" would even surfice for any of the last few tracks.....Peace anyways!"
