"A standout album for the Beatles Apple label. First, there are many names on this album including George Harrison, Eric Clapton, Ringo Starr, Stephen Stills, Delany and Bonnie, Peter Frampton, Billy Preston, Klaus Voorman and more. George, Billy, Stephen and Jackie Lomax wrote some of the tunes with Doris. Now that that's out of the way, I must say...this is a great album. Doris produced it herself except for "Ain't that Cute" which George produced. The feel and production sound is much like Billy Preston's Apple albums. A lot of soul mixed with rock. Very tight drums, hammond b's galore and alot of guitars. I do believe (although I'm not positive) that Doris plays most of the piano, which is really really worth hearing. The album has a Harrison sound on a few songs. Very good songwriting and of course Doris' absolutely amazing voice. (Makes the hair on my arms stand up!). Digitally remastered for awesome sound. If you can find this album pick it up and crank it up. This is one album that deserves to be heard by the masses."
