Truly Amazing Fingerstyle Guitar
J. Schneider | Mosinee, WI United States | 01/02/2007
(5 out of 5 stars)

"The song "The Road Less Travelled" is worth the price of the CD all by itself. Yes, there are several other good tunes on it as well, but he just sets the bar so high with that particular song... he has 3 different and very distinct lines going on in it, it's hard to believe it's one guy on one ordinary six-string guitar. Unbelievable composition and equally mind boggling execution. He may not be as celebrated or well known as Leo Kottke, but I think he's quite a bit more listenable as well as more technically demanding than Kottke - which is saying a lot because Kottke is no slouch... just Reed is from another planet. Get this if you can find it. (Note, I have a few others from him, but this one is the standout).
