Why I am penalized for not using Swap stamps if I have the receipt from the post office for the mailing of 2 CDs that supposedly got "Lost in the Mail?" The post office tracking clearly states that they were delivered, yet Swap is penalizing me (no credits). This is RIDICULOUS! The receipt is good in the court of law but not to Swap??? What gives?

Have you sent a mesage to the site explaining the situation? Have you asked the receiving trader to help you out?

It would be nice to see the notion of USPS tracking to get built into the 'Swapa' family of sites. In theory if they updated the wrapper generation to use the new barcode specs I think it is possible to track even non media mail First Class now off the Intelligent Barcode.
